Im the owner of 7500sqm land in village panchak District nashik.
My land is between two main lines and eklahare thermal power plant railway siding. Dimensions of my land approximately 65m×103m and small area is after siding. 103m is parallel to railway boundary.
There is nashik 60m 4 lane ring roads ROB construction going on left side of my land at 60m. And on right side there are houses at 130m.
There is also nashik shirdi railway line is proposed and junction at 600m from my lands left side.
And also kasara-manmad 3rd 4th railway lines sanctioned by central government which passing from my 65m land.
On my land there is small 10ft railway gate.
Its a complete landlocked situation. After kasara-manmad 3rd 4th railway lines its impossible to do anything on my land.
State government gives adjacent land Rs 4180 per square meter as base rate and after main lines just opposite my land rate is Rs 10005per square meter. That clearly shows my lands development loss.
What should I get after objection.
Pls guide me.
