Married in 2021.deliverd baby boy in 2023.. Husband abondoned me and child after 6 month.But filed for restitution then later withdrew the case and filed for divorce.I have agreed for divorce but asked for child maintanance.Spouse was completely absent from child's life.Bur now inorder to pressurise me into agreeing for without accepting a single penny.He has asked for child visitation and daily video call.The baby is only 3 years old and very scared to talk on video call and refused and throws the mobile.Meanwhilr the husband at the other end takes screenshots when the phone is thrown and baby is not seen,stating that I am obstructing the call .Hence keep issuing memo asking for baby custody.
What should I do? This pressure is too much.
In case if I tell I do not want any money can he still claim visitation and torture us.
His only aim seems to be to mentally torture me .
