Respected members,
i had made an application of RTI to principal of high school of maharashtra for obtaining seniority list of employees but as we all know teachers are the most intellectual person in the world he is not giving proper replies to that.where i can file first appeal against his order? who is the appellate authority for this? school is covered under RTI and MEPS Act of maharashtra state.
please guide

The detail of PIO,CPIO etc should be available at the website of High School, Dept. of Educations etc..

yes but the school which i mentioned does not have any website

It it govt or aided or un-aided school.

it is government aided school

You may check on your own the school is under DOE/State Education Act and from its website or office find who is PIO,CPIO etc.....
