I would like to know in detail about revocation of power of attorney. If out of 3 brothers if 2 has signed POA in favour of 1 brother in regards to shop general authority like to submit documents to shop & establishment , out of the other 2 any 1 can revoke POA or both of them jointly have to revoke POA.
Out of the 2 who has signed POA is interested party for that particular shop to be taken on rent.
Kindly advise what necessary steps to be taken.
