Resumption of cohabitation without s*xual intercourse be ...

Husband got RCR decree ti his favor and wife return to husband house but there are resumption of cohabitation without having s*xual intercourse due to wife behavior and wife is psychiatric patient, have attempted suicide several times, now try to Destroy Social Security.

After 1 year of RCR decree can husband take divorce for this issue. How much time it take and court will grant it ?

1. Yes, husband can seek Decree in Divorce on grounds of non-resumption of cohabitation after passing of RCR Decree in his favour from his wife.

2. Time duration is dependent upon concerned Court work load and ongoing subjective issues from Advocate(s) / parties etc.

Tajobsindia Sir,

I have question here :-

If I can prove that wife did not allow intercourse then yes but how will I prove that . she may say that I only did not try .

So How I prove it on court ?

1. Then 'try it’ on accord of  wife’s future counter allegation rebuttal purposes!

2. On the contrary, call her father – mother to your home over dinner and politely bring to their notice their daughter’s non-cooperation post RCR in making a family in social conformity.

3. Record such adducements shared with her natal folks over dinner and present her non-cooperation allegations before concerned Court read with calling her parents and your elders to witness box proving your failed familial 'try'!
