Dear All experts,
I want to know whether Plots are covered under RERA Rajasthan or not. Builder is not registering his project under RERA and sending me one exemption letter (Copy attached) and said it is not required to be registered under RERA. I want to know is there any law under RERA which is not required to be registered under RERA. Builder has taken land and cutting plot and selling after making road, Street Light, Sewage treatment plant and other facilities. please help in this matter this project is pending from long time. they have not done any work as per the time line and taken almost 75% payment. I want to file compaint. where I can complaint if it is not covered under RERA.
