My property in Mumbai is under pagdi system before redevelopment.
Now, under redevelopment do I need to pay the rent of pagdi system to the landlord till the time building is redeveloped?
If yes? then how much amounts need to be paid to the landlord? Same as I used to pay in pagdi system or any higher amount?
