Removal of my name from dv case from my girlfriend

my case in husband girlfriend name add in DV case in and applicants is ready and no objection to this name delete this point judgment

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a query about removing a girlfriend's name from a Domestic Violence (DV) case where she was added as a respondent. The original poster (OP) states the wife (applicant) is willing to have the name removed. However, the court has requested a specific judgment or precedent to be produced before passing an order. Legal advice suggests filing an application to the court, citing grounds such as the person not residing in the shared household or not committing domestic violence.

Dear Querist

File a application before the Court to delete the name of particular person from the array of respondents on the ground that she was not living in the shared household and never committed domestic violence with the aggrieved person.
