Release deed - clarification

on which property did you relinguish your rights and was the relinguishment deed registered

sir, thank u for ur reply sir . that's the confusion sir here. i don't know for sure about its registration. Its a land property. Sir, Patta had my name. Now can i make a claim on that property? but relinquish was based on nothing except for 100 rs behalf of all movable and immovable property and it includes the word "no blood relation".
