We got married in Tamil Nadu 40 years back. I am from Mumbai and my wife was orginally from Tamil Nadu. We would like to register our marriage for some visa purpose. I know this can be done by Govt. of Maharashtra. Cna any one send the marriage application form and procedure for applying for marriage certificate please.

I had already approached. He told me to fill up the form 16 which is available on their website. It is in Marathi. I wanted to know if you have the same in English.
