Dear Sir, our company incorporate in April 2008 we are i Landscaping Business and Thire is CC limit OF rS. 1.52 Cr With RBL Bank, we got a project of Rs 6.5 Cr and that project got terminated and our BG of Rs. 75.00 Lac INVOKE, Our account NPA in May 2016 and legal PROCEEDING START in Safaesi Act 2002 and Bank move for Propert Possetion. Kindly advise can we go for BIFR at this stage or suitable for us
