Hello experts,
I own a flat of 1800 sq ft carpet area along with 2 open terraces of 1500 and 500 sq ft each.There is no common terrace. We had purchased the terraces from the landlord when we purchased the flat in 1975. Building is located in Vile Parle West. Our building is going under redevelopment and builder is denying to give any compensation whatsoever for the terraces. He has offered us existing area + 45%. All flats are individually owned. Please advise me as to what I am rightfully supposed to recieve.
