if any dues are unpaid shall be recovered by govt. from the deductions. However you can approach the authprity for knowing the amount balance and deductions. If the amount against the head for which deductions are effected does not pertains to employee he can file suit in the court. However if against that account head clearance has been issued and againg the deductions are effected you can sue them,,,not otherwise

It must be rent from 2006 to17 at commercial rate. Usually, on representation before retirement, employee shall be permitted to stay for two or three months. Beyond that rent at commercial rates shall be recovered. Approach the authority concerned and get matter sirted out. If rent dues are there, the recovery by authorities is perfectly in order.

Any arrears or dues, debts cannot be recovered from pension.pension cannot be attached.if once he retired his retired pension is non attachable. So approach civil court and take stay against it and also cover the amount taken.

Yes, the information you have posted is incorrect. No such recovery is possible from pension. Please verify the facts.
