I took loan from private bank and have given INR 3000000 to my friend using online transfer directly from my account to his account online in Nov 2012 for his business. I don't have any other written document or post dated cheques. He promised me to return money within 6 months with interest i will be paying to loan. He has returned INR 1400000 till now after making pressure through his family members.
He is not denying to return and always says I will return but not returning. I am in pressure paying loan EMI of that amount.
Can police help me in this case? if not then what is other ways to recover with interest? Please guide.
