Kindly guide me on the process and expenses that will incur on re-registration of my flat in Taluka Panvel, Dist.raigarh, State Maharashtra post my Divorce. Currently flat is registered in my and my ex-wife name.
I have a release deed notorised and court judgement copy mentions release of flat in divorce consent terms. I want to know following things.
1) Is my Ex-wife require at the time of re-registration?
2) What are the charges of re-registration of flat if i want to transfer it to only my name from current joint name.
3) How much time it takes normally to complete registration?
4) Can power of attorney from my wife help me save all the efforts to re-register the property & cost incur towards it?
