Cheque bouncing case Sec 138 The Negotiable Inst. Act

I would like to know the line of questioning to be expected by an "Accuser" in a cheque bouncing case by the defendant's lawyers.

Best regards!

 Not guilty

The accused might plead that the cheque was not delivered to the complaiant and unless delivery is proved then alone an offence could be further proceeded under the NI act
