Evidence act

Kya court ke order ke base par koi pacso act ka aquittal person case. Sue kar sakta hai defamation ke liye

2.court ka document public document me aata hai

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a person acquitted under the POCSO Act can sue for defamation based on a court order. It clarifies that an acquittal due to insufficient evidence does not constitute defamation. The advice given is that a defamation suit is unlikely, but a petition for malicious prosecution might be possible after the case's dismissal, especially in state-prosecuted cases.

Firstly remember that the case was not dismissed but the accused was acquitted for not properly proving the case with evidence hence there's no act of defamation committed.

Besides this is a state prosecuted case hence at the maximum you can only file a petition for malicious prosecution and that too only after dismissal.
