Marriage date:-04 dec,2011(no child),she was with me for 2 month only after marriage.
I have filed RCR on Dec,2012 against my wife,after sending 2 notice from advocate to join matrimony home,but no reply from her side,she is away from me for 14 month as she want me to join her family at native place(gorakhpur) leaving mine (Mumbai),i have recorded all her talk where she had mention the same & even she had asked for divorce on the same recording,recently 1 week ago we came to know from my wife uncle that they are calling my family to village to undetstand marriage expenses & settle the case while signing on divorce paper.
I have attended 3 hearing in Bandra Court ,but on every hearing i get new hearing date.
Just want to know till when i will get Decree in RCR & is there any Divorce paper which i can take to village for her signature coz she & her family is having fever as i have filled RCR & even have recording that i can hold them legally in mumbai so they are not comfortable to visit mumbai for filling the same...
any thing else advisable.
will appreciate urgent reply.
