Questions on parent rights on deceased son's family

1. A Mother can be ask her share on Deceased son's death benefits (PF and others)?

2. If not, then deceased Son's wife doesn't spend the money for their minor's welfare and can be changelled through court?

3. If Deceased Son's wife will ask their rights on ancestral property behalf of her husband and minor then It can be challenged?

4. If yes, then She doesn't care her minors from the incomes then can be changelleged through court and can be asked for accounts?

5. And can be asked for third party supervision or court supervision to monitor accounts

mother is the natural guardian for the child no one can question it unless the mother is unsound of mind.

It is believed deceased was Hindu.

Mother is ClassI legal heir and has equal share in estate of son alongwith daughter in law and grandchild.

Mother is natural guardian of minor son.

The property is ancestral and the son's wife has no legal rights as long as her mother in law is alive. What is the status of the son's wife.Is she employed or a housewife. If employed she has to take care of her child and if a housewife, the grandmother has the responsibility from the income generated from her share of the property. The wife cannot demand her mother in law for her share or for the  custody of the child.
