Pleading in not pressed suit can be used as evidence

a civil  suit is dismissed as not pressed. We filed another civil  suit with the same party but different cause of action. can certified copy of documents in not pressed suit can be used as evidence in new suit like documents submitted and admission which are marked by court in earlier suit.

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether documents, including admissions marked by the court, from a civil suit dismissed for being 'not pressed' can be used as evidence in a subsequent, separate civil suit. The consensus is that such evidence may indeed be admissible, provided it is relevant to the new cause of action. Repeating the same query is discouraged.

Same query has already been replied in another thread, see reply in original thread.

You should avoid repitition of the same story, which will not change opinion and advise of experts.

However, it is ridiculas and absurd to repeat same story.
