It is still not admitted and pending disposal. It was suppoused to be listed 6 weeks afeter the order. You should consult your lawyer and ask him to get the case listed for hearing

Unbelievable statement, since the case cannot remain at the admission stage for such a long period of 3 years.
Recheck and/or consult your lawyer.
