Question of law for the SLP

If any Labour Court/Tribunal has given relief to an employee for regularisation of his services w.e.f from the date of his joining and the employer has move to the High Court for quashing of the order and succeeds in remanding back the matter to the Trial Court

What would be the question of law that could be frmaed for appealing the matter before the Supreme Court?

Dear Querist,

 

Please be advised that question of law depends on how the HC has/has not appriciated the facts and law, whether it has discussed the points raised, whether impugned Order passed by HC is based on surmises & conjectures, etc etc.

 

Q of law to be framed in SLP before the Hon'ble SC depends on facts and then on that strength of it, Q arises for agitating before SC.

In SLP the q-law ,q-rule etc., are to be explained in the prescribed format to registry  then only SLP will be number either dairy/regular No.
