I own a farm. As per town planning map, there is a 24 meter road shown in that map , in my farm. So my query is that is it possible to delete / cancel or transfer the 24 meter road? If not then how much compensation amount will be provided for the same and how much time it takes to disburse the amount?

You may check LOCALLY if the said road is revenue road or that existed before you acquired the farm.
The compensation depends upon whose ownership stands on land that is shown as road.
The time, amount can be suggested by your senior LOCAL counsels of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters and having successful track record.

It is vaguely remembered that in some matter the Town Planner claimed that the Book with MC has road passing thru the centre of the property (over which built up structures stand) and issued notices to dismantle the buildings….IT was found that there was NO revenue record to back up. The record was delayed/denied by MC under RTI and even penalties were slapped. The record was obtained thru RTI from Mother Body. The staff of O/o Town Planner even tried to pursue the staff in other bodies to push docs in records and did not succeed…
The matter lingered on ….and on…
Later the sympathetic political persons/party that were supported in Municipal Councilor and other elections won and suggested that the matter can be put up in house….
You may check at your own location what exactly are the possibilities in your matter…
