Query about sec128 amendment or max punishment ordered

after divorce my wife every 2/3years once enhancement case filed AND increaseing the alimony amount. in CJM court cmp 4petition pending (C.R.P.C sec128).she not have any proof to prove for salary and property.i am ready to go prision.shall i possible to amendment for all this cases into 1 case.or punishment for totally 1 month judgment orderd. if you have any case references please share with me its more help full for me to face this issue
