I am planning to buy a plot in Rajankunte (Bangalore North). The layout was formed in 1995 i.e., before the constitution of BIAPPA (Bangalore Airport Planning authority). The layout was approved by BMRDA (Bangalore Metropolitian Development Authority) and was DC converted for non-agricultral purposes. Recently The layout developer has started the second and third phase of the layout and it's BIAPPA approved. Is it safe to buy this land ??? or we have to get BIAPPA approval ???
