Kindly advice on the following matter:
I intend to purchase a flat in Mumbai ,I can see from the queries asked below by various house owners that they have been cheated by the builders in the name of "car parking". I would also have been a victim if i had not read the expert advice given below. So i intend to ask what should i do to safe guard my interest now before i go for registration? Should i ask the builder to include car parking in the agreement-which iam very sure the builder will not as per my previous discussion with him or just book my flat and wait till the society is formed to assign the car parking slots.
