My relative was owning 14 cents of landed prpoerty in Dhone taluk, Kurnool dist,AP. In sep 2008 he has sold 13 cents of property by sale deed. One cent of prperty was left behind for personal use. The purchaser occupied one cent and claiming the ownership of the property.He has constructed a wall also.Now my relative expired leaving behind wife, daughter and two sons. Please suggest appropriate legal remidy for recovery of one cent by legal heirs.
