Property sold by elder uncle to nephew's name

Dear sir,

Subject:Combined agricultural land sold by elder uncle to nephew's name

Family: 1)Maruti (family head)2) ramchandra 3) nagoji 4)Nigappa 5)datta 6)Tukaram (now age approx 75,70,69,55,expired,54)

1) In  1968 agricultural Land (100.5 gunta)purchased by above family that time all are in undevided family.

2) Agreement made by all names & registered.in sub-registar office in chandgad ,dist -kolhapur(maharashatra)

3) agreement not submitted for diary register that time it is pending as it is.

4)In 1991 govt regranted  land after paying didpatkhand amount & named in Pherfar  register of Maruti & on 7/12 name showing maruti.

5)Now on 19/12/13 land sold to 4th nos uncles son's name he is in army now.

6)Land cost showing in agreement that is 4 lakh 10 thousaqnd/- actual it is 30 laks as per current market rate.

7)agreement made with the help of advocate

8) our elder uncle & 4th no uncle cheated to other 3 uncles.

9) cheated to elder uncle by 4th no uncle.

10) In these situation how to get land to other 4 nos uncle.

11) what is the way to solve the problem

to execute stay for the hold rights,appel,police complaint,or any other way pl inform
