Property right of son after the death of mother

I am a Muslim, my mother had died few years back, my father is still alive and I also have a brother. I want to know what is my state with regard to this property purchased by mother (through power of attorney in 1980, Delhi). Please guide me how to claim my part in property and what is my legal position and options I have to claim my part. My mother has not left any will.
