HIS WIFE AND DAUGHTER IS STAYING AT HER MOTHER'S HOUSE AND NOT CONTACTED WITH US TILL DATE FROM LAST 20 YEARS. ONE SISTER IS STAYING IN MUMBAI. ONE SISTER EXPIRED BUT HAVING ONE SON. I INFORMED ALL OF THEM INCLUDING MY BROTHER'S WIFE/SISTER/SISTER'S SON TO INCLUDE THEIR NAME IN THE PROPERTY. BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO INCLUDE THEIR NAME. SINCE, THIS IS SRA PROPERTY CAN NOT BE SOLD OUT OUTRIGHTLY. AS PER RULE 10 YEARS IS BAN TO SALE. IN GOOD FATIH I EVEN NOT PREPARED WILL ON MY NAME FROM MOTHER BEFORE HER DEATH. NOW YOUR HONOURS ARE REQEUSTED TO PLEASE HELP ME OUT THE LEGAL WAY OUT OF THIS. 1. CAN I SUBMIT THE PAPER TO HIGH COURT FOR SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE. CAN I INCLUDE ALL LEGAL HEIR'S NAME.
