I had purchased a flat at thane.from builder. pd. full consideration, document registered. now builder is asking fro parkining charges in case. and asking for VAT, and service Tax .
whether he can demond parking charges in cash , when there is no agreement.
whether he can ask for VAT, and service charges on flat.
what is the legal remedy.

purchase of flat includes the parking area, no seperate amounts will be paid to the builder, demanding amount by the builder is contrary to law. similalry he can't demand VAT and service Tax, without agreement.
