My father had taken a loan to purchase commercial property at Thane, Maharashtra from a co-operative credit society.
He has now completely repaid the loan. However, it is found that the property papers were registered with the co-operative credit society as the first owner.
I have following queries:
1. Is it a normal process
2. Can there be any legal conflict that may arise here
