Hello, Recently I Purchase Shop at Ground flour, due to heavy rain the open terrace was damage and resulting water leakage problem. Now I want to renovate the open terrace (which was owned by the other building landlord) but the landlord denied for it. Currently I faced water leakage problem. What legal action I can take on above netter. Thanking You in Advance.

Request the owner ot repair and control seepage and prevent damage to your property.

Build some irrefutable record for future reference if the need be.

If the matter is not resolved approach in person   a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and share inputs /show the documents/evidence for a considered opinion..

At each location three are some counsels that specialize in such matters and they are well known.

Check for such counsels at LOCAL civil courts, HC, SC……
