Property issue

Hello Sir/Madam

Grateful if you could input something as per law and explain me the below case.

My dad bought a property in 2002 for 60k which was the market value at that time form my maternal uncle and my mom's uncle. the property was my moms ancestral property and now my granddad's sister is asking to return it back to her as the current market value is 30 lakhs or repay the whole 30 lakhs rupees. The registration is done in my dads name each and every legal formalities has been done.

Kindly assist whether they can claim the property for the current market value or for the transfer in their name?? whether we need to repay the amount which is currently the market value. any legal action can be taken for this??

And also kindly advise how much share my mom can claim as per the muslim law in her dads property as there are my grand mother, my 4 maternal uncle and 2 sisters

it will be highly appreciable if any one can put some light int the case and advise me ASAP

Thanks in advance

Javed
