I have property in Gujarat India. My mother passed away, she had raised and help nephew who had lost mom at early age. Once he retired she felt bad for him so she gave our home for him to live wit h written condition that he or his children will not have any rights on this property. Now he refuses to move out, has build shop in adjacent plot and doing business without permission. He has been promising to move out for past seven years. Now mother passed away property is transferred to me and my siblings so nothing is under his name yet he refuses to move out. he demands that we buy him another house to live in for him to give our home back. what can I do . Builder wants to force us selling land to him. if we go to court people says lawyer will make money and it will drag on for yrs. can someone help me with either option to sell property or go thru legal path what can be done.
Property, light bills, water everything is on my husbands name. They are not paying any rents for past four years so what can be done. It is the property that is on the road
