And also mention waht was devided ; immovable, movable property!

And was IT by registered partition deed!

 

Dear sir, If I knew law I could write to you hence I requested for query. What was filed after father's death - i didn't understand. I just wanted to know daughters are eligible for equal share, because brothers have spent on daughters education and marriage after fathers death. During those times daughters were not eligible for property. Land was divided when mother was alive and nobody opposed that time. Whatever the value of land that time brothers were ready to give to daughters but they denied. They wanted equal share in the period of 80's which was not eligible. In 90's brothers built house which was not opposed by daughters and paying the property tax accordingly. Hence I wanted to know if daughters are eligible for equal share now. Rani
