Promise to get married and denied due to got cheated by the partner

If girl n boy both have started a relationship just for fun, n later on boy hv feelings for her n he promised her to get married with her, ND they do physical relationships by their own choice, but later on boy found that the girl is cheating on him and she fails to prove her innocence, in that case boy decides to do breakup with her, but now that girl is harassing him n his family n by calls msgs emotional black mails,

Also she is saying to file complaint against his family, and she is sending fall complain copy by typing ownself to the boy,

Someone tell me is that boy can file case against her???

Dnt haste to file complains try to sit with elders of family from both sides and try to find solution.

Complain will not serve the purpose will land you trouble.

But do don’t continue relation with such lady.

Most holy books consider marital s*x as morally right. If you are a firm believer in God and believed in chastity, s*x before marriage can be devastating to your emotions. The matter is not fun.

Resolve the heartburn, matter amicably.

If the complaint has been lodged then approach in person a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in criminal matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and share inputs /show the documents/evidence for a considered opinion..
