Promisary note

ABC public Ltd company to pay XYZ Pvt. Ltd company, In this case Can company signed promisary note    ?

Typed, ... Instead of writing, promisary note on Stamp paper of Rs 100/-  is it valid ?

Promissory note is valid it can be written in white paper also in hand writing
