Dear Team,
My brother who was expired in August 2010 due to accident in his plant where he was working since January 2010. That time the factory oner who haven't written the FIR for that accident he just send one information to the Police station that these type of case is happend and our one of the employee was burn in my factory and we are sending patient to delhi Safdarganj. In delhi my brother expired. in delhi the postmartam was held and also we have the report. Then please let me know if there is only information was given in the police station then is police have to generate the Final Report in the case because LIC want from us the following report to setell the Accidental Claim one of the FIR COPY another is Postmartam report and the last one is Final report so how can i solve this issue we don't have final report.
