Prelitigation mediation

FOR GETTING FALSE THREATS OF DOWRY /DV CASE  FROM WIFE /FIL/BIL   I HAVE FILED FOR PRE LITIGATION MEDIATION IF SOMEHOW THEY STOP THREATNING ME .Police enquiry also going on . 

HOW MANY SESSION DOES IT TAKE ?

WHAT IF PRELITIGATION MEDIATION FAILS ?

ARE BOTH OF US BOUND TO FOLLOW THE FINAL DECISION OF MEDIATION ?

1. Maximum 90 days and in special cases extended to another 30 days. There is no such hard and fast Rule on number of sessions. Generally if parties are really interested then in three maximum sessions they agree and matter is sent for agreement writing and decree thereof.

If pre-litigation fails then parties resiles to their original position from where they started at and are free to use their rightful legal remedies respectively.

3.
Pre- litigation mediation idea is to diffuse volatile situation amicably between parties.  Well after agreeing they can not abide to it also and if they agree to it then they well not like to disobey to it also !. 

BTW, whom you approached for pre –litigation and before which Authority pre-litigation is scheduled at?
