Dears,
I am working in Finance Dept since long time. I have LLB degree but NOT enrolled yet with Bar Council.
Can I get enroll with Bar Council and do private Finance Job also at same time? Is this legal? what is legal provision for this? Please advice.

No Bar Council in any Indian State would enroll a person who is in a corporate employment. And if , you still initiate the application for the same, and if it is granted, would amount to an mischivious act which is equivalent to cheating under section 420 of IPC
