i bought a resale bungalow in west bengal housing board registered under coop housing society act. after sale deed when i entered my premises board objected and threatened us saying that only after membership we will get the possession.
Do they have the right to obstruct me from entering the premises. I am ready to get admission as member but can they restrict my possession till then.
