Possession letter

Hi sir , I bought a flat in chennai . Paid 97 percentage of the cost . In the possession certificate the builder is asking for indemnity for the taxes , levies etc but he is not giving indemnity for those taxes and levies till the date of the possession ? Can I sign he possession certificate
