police investigation done by I.O. and chargesheet is filled in 498a case. Can i ask police officer under RTI about,
how and what investigations he had done? under RTI to ADD.superintendent of police (Public Information officer)...plz guide

maine 27 feb 12 ko mere sasuravale ke khilaf FIR lagayi thi 498a, 406,504, 506(2) Lagayi thi. lekin mere pati bahut jada paisevale hone ke karan o baar baar mere case ke incharge ko paise dete hai. aur o insp bilkul bhi investigation bhi nahi kar rahe hai aur na hi mera 498 ka case court me laga rahe hai. jab main police station me case ke bare me pucha ne jati hu to to police vale muze dhamakar vapis bhej dete hai. tumara pati bahut bada aadami hai hum uske khilaf investigation nahi kar sakte. abhi in police valo ki complaint main kaha karu. taki mera case jaldi se court me lage meri help kijiy is mushkil se muze bachayiye.
