Dear Experts / Friends, Please Guide Me on the following,
In Hon. Bombay High Court, M/s. ABC SRA Society has filed a WP(L) against The Mumbai Municipal Corporation (MCGM) on 24.10.2015. Regarding Illegal Construction in Resident Area.
Hon. Coram has pass a Order on 27.10.2015 stating that, the Competent Authority to take Action aginst Illegal Construction in Resident Area and shall file a Compliance Affidavit with Court on or before 20.11.2015 and the next hearing is scheduled at 27.11.2015 before the Hon. Coram.
Now Mr. Z (who is not a member of Society, but a resident of said Area) willing to file some documents in the High Court; since he has also raised voice against the Illegal Construction and put many letters to MCGM (BMC) but no action has taken yet.
Why Question is can Mr. Z Submit documents in High Court for the above Writ Petition?
