please suggest

hai this is for my sister who lives in UK. she has been married for 14yrs and has two children 13(boy) and 11(girl). she relocated herslf and the children in october 2011 and her husband was very abusive in every way. her colleuges, family and social services helped her through the ordeal. in UK she has support so it should be fine. we need suggestion for her indian house which she bought at hyderabad in may 2011. she paid 14lakh down payment and took a bank loan for 35lakhs, not a penny is his. now she stopped paying her bank loan, so things are in a mess. the registration was done in boths name because otherwise he wouldn't allove her to buy in first place. by any chance, if we can prove that the money was paid by her can she own the house. please suggest. thanks

IN CASE BANK INSTALMENTS ARE NOT PAID BANK MAY ATTACH THE SAID HOUSE AND SELL THE SAME.HENCE IT IS ADVISIBLE TO CLEAR BANK ARREARS SLOWLY AND GIVE THE SAME HOUSE ON RENT SO THAT BANK LOAN INSTALMENTS CAN BE CLEARED AND HOUSE CAN BE RETAINED.

YOU MAY SEND ALL DETAILS SO THAT DETAILED REPLY CAN BE GIVEN.

THE OWNERSHIP DISPUTE CAN BE POSTPONED FOR SOME TIME AND CAN BE SORTED OUT WITH THE HELP OF INDIAN COURT MATTERS.PLEASE NOTE.GOOD LUCK.

I understand that the house will be gone sir. the problem is that this man has asked his mother to move in and live in that house and I presume that we can not stop him, if we give on rent then he will trouble then. our parents are old and we don't want to hassle them. so now our position is either loose the 14 lakhs or keep paying and give him the access.

thanks
