i dont know whether i have posted it in right category or not..
my father got married to a lady a year back, she had a son of 10years from her prevoius marriage.. and me (21years) and my sister(14years) are two children for my father from prevoius marriage, now this lady, the so called step mom.. is making an issue that me and my sister should leave home, and if we wont, she's going to file a case against my father.. somebody please suggest as to what to do?

1. If you are unemployed and unmarried then file a case on your father for support and marriage expenses along with injunction not to remove you from parents home till you are married off.
1a If you have a job but still not married off then file a case for marriage expenses a as well as for injunction not to remove you from parents home till you are married off.
2. For your sister file a case of education and living support from your father for her education along with injunction not to remove her from parents home till she is married off.
3. Third case you need to file is partition of property if it is still on your father’s name.
All above three will stop your step-mom with her evil designs.
