I m for plaintiff who has purcahed the suit property by registerd sale deed on 15/10/1996
since then he is in actual possesion of the property.
Defendent who is a devoloper , in the year april 2011 encroached the suiy property and started construction and trying to create a 3 party intreast over the suit property
plaintiff filed suit for "removal of enchroachment and permanent injunction along with application for temparory injunction " against defendent,
NOW THE MATTER IS FOR argument for temparary injunction application i.e Ext 5
Please help me with some case law asap
