My contract was not renewed further by my previous employer. My last working was 31st March 2023 and still I didn't receive my PF amount. I am just informed by EPFO that my claim is rejected due to the non-submission of 3A form by the employer.
When I intimidated the same to the ex employer without accepting their fault informed that it will take further 45 to 60 day for processing.
Now, please tell me what legal action I can take against the ex employer for the negligence.

In case F3A is not subvmitted in all likelyhood F6 may also not have been submitted.
You give a compliant in writing to the RPFC conerned to ensure exercise his powers vestred in section 7 of the EPF(MP) Act for securing the return.
It is advisable not to withdraw platry sum and reduce your pension eligibility.
