It is not considered as withdrawn, court wants you to settle matter amicably so it send to lok adalat.

If the matter may not be settled it may be remanded back to court.

the reason of the withdrawal is because we have filed for mutual consent in court in dasuya. does this reason not apply.

but im also not sure if my husaband's lawyer even mentioned that we have a  mutual consent..filed..

so according to to the reply i got....if the matter goes to lok adalat...then i have to present there too???

or my lawyer and any one of my representative is enough?

do we have to tell the  lok adalat that the we have  a mutual consent filed?

can we inform the court beforehand of wait till the date given  by the judge as to when the hearing is in lok adalat??
